Dec. 7 - Crew/vendor networking event

The date for the following event, originally Nov. 18, has been changed to Dec. 7:

Here's important information from the state film commission on an upcoming event:

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the Tennessee Film, Entertainment & Music Commission (TFEMC) will be having an industry networking event.  This event will give those listed in the Tennessee Production Directory (crew/vendors) a chance to meet and share what they have to offer the film/tv community.

It takes place Thursday, Nov. 18 Tuesday, Dec. 7, from 5-7 pm in the special event space at Marathon Village at 1305 Clinton Street, Nashville, TN 37203.

The TFEMC is also accepting DVD sizzle reels to showcase during the event to highlight things like special effects, or other work that has been created in TN, that are exceptional, unusual or unique.  Please contact the TFEMC directly to submit your reel.  Also, if you would like to share anything especially interesting in recent years that the rest of the film/tv community should know about (such as hair/makeup for the President, etc.) please let the TFEMC know that as well.

This event is for YOU - Tennessee crew and vendors. The TFEMC has planned this event to showcase what you have accomplished, and to highlight the launch of the new state online Production Directory.   Individuals and companies currently listed will also have the opportunity to update their information on-site during the event.

You MUST be listed in the directory in order to attend.
