Judging takes place during December and January. Entries are evaluated on message development, creative treatment and various technical aspects by experience industry professionals.
A respected tradition of the MCA-I media festival is that every entry is judged on its own merit. Any category may have multiple Golden Reel winners. Something else that sets the MCA-I Media Festival apart is our tradition of passing on the judges' comments to the entrant.

The Media Festival Awards Dinner is Saturday April 14, 2012 in Las Vegas just before NAB. The hotel is the RIO All Suite Hotel & Casino - www.riolasvegas.com.
