'Restaurant Impossible' tries Memphis barbecue

The Food Network program Restaurant Impossible will be in Memphis next week at Pollard's Bar-B-Que. 

A film crew will shoot for two days at the barbecue restaurant on Elvis Presley Blvd. Chef/host Robert Irvine has two days and $10,000 to fix the place up. A grand reopening, which will be filmed as part of the show, will be held at 7 p.m. on the second day and the public is invited.
