Linn Sitler, Commissioner for the Memphis & Shelby County Film and Television Commission, is the featured speaker at the South Main Association May Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, May 8, 2012.
Sitler's topic is "The change in the film industry since Mystery Train and Great Balls of Fire! shot on South Main in the late '80s.”
The meeting takes place at the Memphis Railroad and Trolley Museum, 545 Main Street at Central Station (entrance on Main Street).
It begins at 6 p.m. with a social (cash bar and complimentary hors d'oeuvres) with the meeting at 6:30. Non-members are welcome $5.
